This is the ferry boat that goes to Cape Clear Island. Before any passengers could board, they used a crane to put several very heavy cargo bundles onboard. Each time they would lower another bundle onto the deck, the boat would tip way over to one side or the other. But apparently in the end they were able to place all of the cargo in such a way that the boat was stable.
